Ammatolí is Chef Dima Habibeh’s ode to the rich culinary heritage of the Eastern Mediterranean–an homage to a region defined by hospitality, tradition and the memories that shape family and food. Drawing from the pristine abundance of California’s seasonal produce and recipes that define her roots, Chef Dima presents a culinary expression that unites both worlds: a celebration of nostalgic flavors, and an elevated spirit of cuisine that honors land and legacy.
